About the Event
Meditation Circle
Throughout our daily routines and responsibilities it is easy to lose ourselves, our dreams, passions and our direction.
We often forget to connect with our higher selves to remain true to our beliefs and spiritual goals.
Tonights experience will be a guided meditational journey:
We will sit in a circle of high vibrational energy, connecting, listening and allowing communication with our divinity.
We will softly nudge our authentic selfs to be seen and felt allowing them to guide us forward. This journey will help with road blocks, feeling stuck, or maybe just bring some clarity.
You will start by setting your intention before the meditation/journey begins, then we will follow with a release & manifesting exercise.
If time allows we will have an open discussion and you may seek wisdom from the room to help interpret your messages.
The goal is to wake up, to hear and listen, to recharge and to move forward! Most of all to honor oneself!
$10 per person.
